Food and DME

Okay, so a bit of a weird question. I can't remember how MCO is laid out, some airports have no food after going through security, some have it after, some have both. Anyway, I know DD and I are likely to be famished when we get to MCO and was wondering if I should just try to pack a lunch to haul on the plane with us or if I'll be able to grab a snack at the airport before boarding ME. And can we eat on ME?

The thought of trying to go through finding ME, checking in, finding our room, etc. before we get to eat is not appealing at all.

There is food on both sides of security at MCO. If you wait until you are outside security, there is a large food court in the middle between the two ends of the airport. Also a number of restaurants as well.

I'd recommend this as well. Once you're done eating its a short walk to the DME welcome center or the "B" side lower level.
