My stepdaughter has a peanut & soy allergy. After getting married at WDW last year and having them cater to her allergy for my entire reception spread as well as talking to the chefs at places we ate we feel confident in planning oour first trip to Disneyland for Christmas this year.
I contacted guest relations who gave me this info:
For questions regarding accommodations for special dietary needs while
at the DISNEYLAND® Resort theme parks, including product availability,
preparation methods, and ingredient lists please contact our Chefs at
(714) 781-3569. They may not be available to answer all calls
immediately; however, they will answer all messages left on voice mail.
For the Hotels of the DISNEYLAND® Resort, please contact the Chef's
Office at (714) 956-6719.
I called and left messages at both numbers and the head guy Chef Chris called me back. He had a wealth of info, he listed foods she could have, places to stay away from & to ask for the chef to come to the table while dining. He was very pleasant and very helpful.
