Fonts?

I am looking for someplace that I can download fonts. I have a tattoo designed and am looking for the right font... preferably a calligraphy type font.

I don't know of a particular site, but I'm sure you can find one through google. I know of someone who downloaded a Disney font going through google.

Ok... I found one that I really, really like but can't seem to download. Can you not download a .gif as a font? I'm clueless when it comes to this kind of stuff

And to asnwer your question, no... but you may be able to fidn that font file or one similar to it!

Nope, unfortunately it has to be a .ttf file to be used "normally" as a font (e.g. in Word, etc.) The site where I get most of mine is Font Freak; you just click on the font you like, and a "File Download" box'll pop up, asking if you want to save the file or open it. If you want to be able to use the font just like you use any of the other fonts already on your computer, save the new font where the other ones are. (Mine's in C:\Windows\Fonts). They're all .zip files, so you'll also have to extract them into that same folder, but the whole process is really pretty easy. Good luck!
