Followup to my trip report...Important Update!

The people who read my trip report know that our flight down to MCO on AC was a complete disaster. I did indicate in my trip report that I would not be addressing that issue in the report until it was resolved with AC. I am happy to announce that it has been resolved and AC is sending us a $500.00 credit in the mail!

Whoa...I haven't read your TR but if AC is giving you money, it must have been awful!! Glad you made it home in one piece!

It was awful. It is a long story and I may post the letter I wrote to AC once the credit is in my mailbox!
