Follow-up to Room Report at BWV

Hey all, I finally was able to figure out this picture thing. Below, you should be able to see the links to the mold (?) I found in the room I stayed in and some damage I also saw. This was for room 5026.

Does anyone have the address(es) to the person(s) I should contact at BWV to report this?

That is a disgrace! I would send a couple of copies of the pictures with a letter to the GM at BWV and also to MS at DVC and Jackie Lauder (I think her name is) also at MS.

yikes! pair that with some pictures i took of fire ants in my BWV room, and you've got a nice view of the worst of BWV... heh.

oh, yeah, and the other picture i took of the trash left out in the hallway.
whoohoo.

I sent my letter several weeks ago and I have not heard (regarding my stay at BCV) anything back. I am a little bummed out by that. I think I will give her a call today to see if my letter has reached her attention.

Hey all,

FYI, (for those that want to know), I just received a response from Jackie Lueders, Member Satisfaction Manager. All she said, for now, was that the email was forwarded to the Walt Disney World Executive offices and I should hear something in the next few weeks.
