FOL during Christmas week - does is makes the lines maneagable?

okay - I've got two options, come December 18th and 19th without FOL or stay onsite Dec 25 to 29th with FOL - are the lines as long with FOL during that period as they are before Christmas without it?

The Express line isn't supposed to ever be more than 15 minutes. It could get longer in some circumstances, but I don't see how lines would not be manageable.

It would be a matter of two things...money and crowds. If you can afford it, do onsite during Christmas week unless you like crowds. If you don't like crowds, go before Christmas w/o Express access. The crowds are insane during that week and even though you'd be onsite, that doesn't help when it comes to finding somewhere to eat or even taking bathroom breaks. It's wall to wall that week so just be prepared.

When you put it that way, it's pretty much a no brainer. If we went to Universal early on we would be at WDW during Christmas week without FOL passes. This way we can be at WDW during the quieter week then at Universal during the busier week with FOL - better update my signature and add PBH!

After January 2nd the crowds die down but since this is a weekend, the crowds could still be heavy on 1/2 and 1/3 as people start to leave.

Coming from Disney to Universal right after Christmas is what made me LOVE universal and staying in HRH. Would positivly recc to do Disney slower week and Universal busier with FOTL no prob getting on rides!

A little late but I'll throw my two cents in...We've been down the last two years from Christmas to New years staying at HRH and felt the lines were very managable. Biggest reason we chose universal during the holidays.
