FOF parade time changes?

I thought awhile ago the FOF parade time moved to 2pm. Did it move back to 3pm?

I was told that they moved the parade when there is party going on ( MNSSHP and MVMCP) so chance are the parade will be moved back up to 2 pm next year when MNSSHP starts and will then move back to 3 pm after the New Year. This is just a guess for anyone planning a trip later this year.
