Foam Mattress at OKW?

Can you call Mousekeeping and ask for extra padding? When we stayed at OKW in May DH came back with a sore back. He has back problems also, so nothing wrong with the mattress...just him I thought I read somewhere they have this.

Any help would be great!

I read a while ago that you can request an "egg crate" mattress topper at OKW.
