In November To Orlando:rotfl: :rotfl: How Good Is The Complimentary Goodies?? I Know With Globespan They Really Look After You With The Complimentary Drinks Etc Are Virgin Like This And Whats The Food Like??

Thanks For Any Help

You get a drink with your snack first of all and you can go and help yourself throughout the whole flight for drinks. The food is ok - though sometimes they run out of the most popular main meal dish.

Have a good holiday

Like jtlover has said drinks whenever you want them, they come around a few times but always there for you to help yourself.
Food, you get a meal, an Ice cream, then a snack just before landing.
Now I have have slated the food for the past 12 months, Some people have found it OK but not us, This August was a big improvment with the chicken curry I had but then coming home not good again so its hit and miss for us. We now take a mini picnic with us and either eat in the airport before boarding or take it on with us, then just pick out bits we want from the plane food.
I now just go with the intentions of recieving bad food whichever airline then its a bonus if its good.

just got back from a flight with virgin today

we were in premium economy, we got drinks when we boarded 5 times the drinks cart went round which is alot for a night flight, and the food was lovely!!

I'm also flying with Virgin in November!

What is economy like? I've only ever flown PE with them before.
Is there a decent-ish amount of leg room and width in the seats?
I'm 6'1 and 14st, so will I be comfortable? In the past when I've flown economy I've used the US scheduled companies, and had enough room, is Virgin similar?

Its really a personal thing a flight seat, I am 5'10" and 20 stone I have no problem at all, I always sleep for most of every flight.
My Brother is same weight but 6'1" he hates economy and will only fly PE or business/first class.
He just got back from Vegas at the weekend and sent a complaint to BA, he flew out First class and said the seats were uncomfortable and returned club world and said all the seats were ontop of each other, 8 across he said.(hopefully got the classes right, not been on BA to know) He normally flies Virgin and will be in future, did not like BA at all.

We are flying again with Virgin in November and we have flown with them twice before.

Drinks- You can get these when you want or just ask for one, but i always went and got one myself or sent the children, lol. You get them often during the flight when the trolly comes round.

Food - Found it okay better than plenty of airlines i have been on before. Funny thing is my children only eat virgin flight meals as they give them plenty to eat, yes it may be not 100% healthy as they do provide sweets with the meal but we are on holiday and it doesn't hurt them, as long as they eat it i am fine. We got given 3 choices and we always find something we like, its always nice but i never expect much anyway.

Seatroom- This depends on how many are sat together, 2 adults and two children sitting in a row of 4 is okay but when i sat next to my sister and mum for some of the flight i thought it was a bit cramp. If people kept there seats up its okay but once they start laying them back its gets a bit uncomfortable, lol this time in-laws are infront of us on the plan so i can give them a kick if they put the seats back.

Virgin has always been good for us.
