Can anybody help me please I am planning to take my family to Orlando Nov.
Is Club Orlando worth the extra cost compared to pre ecom, does it have seperate check in etc.
Any information would be greatly appreciated from anyone with first hand experience.
Thank you in advance

Welcome to the DIS Murfmak :)

Just going to pop this over to UK Trip Planning for you.

i myself prefer premium economy

but for some reason i cant upgrade mine to it till i get to manchester

when in november do you go i go on the 26th

Although you travel in Club you will only actually receive the PE service but in comfy/wide seats and could also be upstairs in the bubble not sure this is really worth the extra ££££££.

Now if it were the UC service which Man should be getting next May that would be a different story and price LOL:D

Pretty sure PE and Club share the same check-in desk although we also used this desk flying economy in 2002 as there was nobody using it, will be doing DIY check-in online this Nov.

We flew Club Orlando last October and I felt it was worth every penny.
There is a dedicted check in desk for Club Orlando only (separate from PE) There is a lounge (Britannia, I think) that can be used at Manchester :drinking1 however no children are allowed so we didn't use it. On the return journey you have the use of the first class Delta lounge which contains a bar (complimentary), a computer room with modem sockets etc which is an absolute godsend if you have a delay.
When we returned last year I had cracked a bone in my foot and I cant imagine what I would have done in economy but being able to put my foot up was fantastic.
Unfortunately we couldn't afford to fly Club Orlando next year so we are travelling Sunshine First with TCD because being able to virtually lie down on the way home for 11 hours is the only way to do it for me from now on. :rockband:

Dear All
Thank you for the information is very much appreciated, I have the chance to use some virgin air miles which I have collected through travelling with my job.
We are making our first trip in September and will have the chance to go again in November using the air miles and have enough to fly Club Orlando class.
