Flying with no car

We are flying to Disney for the first time next week we have always driven before. I looked into getting garden grocer to deliver some beer and water to our room and it seemed awful expensive. Anyone ever got a cab to the gas station? Also I have read people packing snacks in their luggage any advice on how to do that or what packs in a suitcase easily without ruining.

There are Hess stations within walking distance of both the Boardwalk and DTD. We usually always stay at BWV or SSR and our first order of business is to take a stroll and pick up a couple of 18 packs. I believe once we were staying elsewhere, took the bus to DTD, and brought the cases back on the bus. I suppose a cab would be much more convenient, but we're always up for an adventure.

Breakfast bars, nuts, trail mix, and individual oatmeal packets if you're into oatmeal.

I have seen people post about having water delivered by Staples. I live locally so don't need the service but have read it's much cheaper than GG.

I have also read that a cab ride can be $$ depending on where you are staying and where you want to grab your stuff.
If you are ok with bus service, the Links is the local transit and can be picked up near DTD. There is a Walgreens a short bus ride from DTD. You could also get a cab from DTD to Walgreens and back then take DTD transportation back to your hotel.
A bit of a hassle but would probably save $$. GG is convenient so that's what you pay for.

Extra time/cab fare etc maybe worth the charge.

You could also deliver with Costco or Amazon. As for beer... .?
