Flying United in January

We are very excited to take our kids on their first WDW vacation in January, 2012. Currently I have read that guests flying on United who use the Resort Check-In are exempt from the checked bag fee. I am wondering if this is still the case, and as we get closer how we would go about verifying this. Thanks for much for any suggestions/help!

It does appear that this is true, at least according to the first link below. I would double check this with United. Don't count on it being in effect next January - who knows what will happen by then:

Very true. January is a long ways out still and you never know what the airlines will do by then. Thanks for the reply! I appreciate it.
