Flying SW today

OK - Got A32 at about the 23 hour mark. Arrived at airport and when they called the numbers no one in A1-15. So I was really A17 today! Guess too early for any Busness Select people. Changed planes in Chicago and it was the same story. The families got on after us but off before us! It was confusing today to the passangers and the employees. Southwest will never be the same after today. The changes are to increase revenues period. The line ups are OK and will work fine once we are all use to lining up in groups of 5. No big problems today that I saw.

I wonder who will pay the extra money for that? Only business travelers but probably not many of them either
