Well we just got back and my we are already thinking about and starting to plan next years trip and this trip will be just my daughter and i (who is going to be 12) so my question is when i book my package its to soon to add flights but what airline does disney use when you book through them and can i use another airline and still be able to use the disney transportation to get to the resort and back? And has anybody done the limo to the resort? and how much extra does that cost? :yay:

You do not need to book flights through Disney in order to use Disney transportation (Magical Express). That service is available to everyone staying at a Disney Resort regardless of how their flights were booked.

A one-way limo from MCO to a Magic Kingdom Resort usually runs about $100.

Many times it is more cost effective to book flights on your own. I always have and would certainly recommend you consider it as well. You can usually find many deals on airlines and have it suited to your schedule, not Disney's. All luggage coming into MCO with the tags before 10:00 p.m. will be pulled and delivered to your resort later in the day/evening.

We used a limo service to pick us up at MCO and bring us back from the resort. You are supposed to pick up your own luggage at the carousel if you are not using DME. We had a late arrival so we were doing that anyway. The driver was there with a sign waiting for us. The car was clean and in great shape. It had CARS playing on the dvd player. They were prompt and reliable each time. We were upgraded for no charge to a Navigator stretch limo for the resort to MCO leg. It was a fun upgrade. The rount trip cost was less than $200 not including tips. www.happylimo.com is the company we used and you can utilize a discount coupon by going to www.mousesavers.com and looking under transportation. The trip was our DS's 12th birthday so it was fun for him.
