Hi all,

So our trip is this coming October and I've been looking online at what the park and fly options are. The prices all range as do the distances from the hotels to the airport. I can't seem to find an obvious "front runner" for our selections.

Our flight leaves Toronto at 8am on a Friday.

If it were you, is getting to the airport at 6am plenty of time?

I need to find a decent hotel, with 10 days parking, preferably some sort of breakfast eatery that is open at 5am. I don't mind if its restaurant or continental.

Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

I would not be any later then 6 am, you have to get through customs and security plus be at the gate in the allotted time before boarding. Your flight is right in the tail end of the business commuter rush.

I am sure you have looked at the parksleepfly website http://toronto.parksleepfly.com/?pp...P2vRJkbI9XiJkbPL1U3-NSDoiReKKK4fu4aAqF68P8HAQ

What I found with park sleep fly was not all hotels that offer these types of packages were listed. For example, I didnt see this Holiday Inn East at 600 Dixon on their site but they DO offer a package for parking that includes 8 nights /$15 a day after that and is approx 140 Canadian

We are also flying out of Toronto in October. Our flight is at 7:40 a.m. on a Saturday. We chose the Comfort Inn Toronto Airport. The recent reviews are fine (we don't need fancy for a park and fly hotel), there's a hot breakfast in the morning (though we are likely going to be leaving too early) and it's really close to the airport (less than 5 minutes ).
For the park and fly package (8 nights) we are paying $141.25 with tax.
We haven't flown out of Toronto in a number of years so I plan to be at the airport for 5 a.m so we aren't rushed. That was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel I did. The closer we are to the airport the better when it's that early in the morning!

I think you it might be hard to find a hotel that does breakfast before 6am but I know that the terminals at Pearson have Tims and other breakfast options once you get through security and customs

i'm a bit late to the game here but i'm currently laid up after hand surgery and i can't respond on my kindle (forgot my password for this site and can't update it URGH) ANYWHO .... here's my suggestion ... The ALT HOTEL here's the reasons:
within steps of the station for the LINK train to both terminals ... free, fast, convenient - never need to worry if the shuttle to hotel will be there when promised!
new hotel with very comfy beds
free, extremely reliable wifi
extremely reasonable ... the rooms NEVER cost more than 154 ... ever ...room with one or 2 queen
room with 8 nights parking 209 with 15 nights 284 .. parking is in a lot directly across the street
they have a food countery thingee that's open 24 hrs. they have a decent selection of fresh food plus hot & cold items ... also licensed
it's part of hotels.com so it adds to the # needed to get a free night somewher
I don't have a bad thing to say about it and we actually chose it for home base for a 2 day trip into downtown toronto since the UP express is now soooo cheap! we were surprised at how quiet the room was.
