Yes you can. There are no special rates for doing so, but it is convenient. Parking rates can be found on the airport website (I picked one garage as an example).

Yes, you can use your Sunpass to pay for parking at MCO. When you enter the parking ramp there are special lanes for Sunpass customers. Same when you leave. Don't recall how much per day parking is there but there is no discount for using your Sunpass there.
