Flying Mtl to IAD

Crazy itinerary this trip thanks to using points...but I am traveling solo.

Hoping for some insight here. Flying from Mtl to Washington on a flight that is operated by United but originates as an AC flight. I have never traveled through Dulles. Will I land at the AC gate or the United one?

Sorry if this is a silly question but I have only flown from Canada to FLA once and it was through Boston. Usually I fly from Maine.

Air Canada operates out of United Gates in Concourse C and D at Dulles. I don't think they have their own dedicated gates. So regardless of which airline operates the equipment, you'll be into a United gate.
