Lots of posters have flown into Sanford. There are multiple threads discussing getting from Sanford to the resorts.

By taxicab you are looking at about $60 plus tolls and tip each way and with five traveling (and luggage) you may need two cabs.

By limo you are looking at about $75++ each way, or possibly a small van running about $100++ each way.

One of the best things might be a car rental for a week.

We do this often.. Best way we found was to rent a car one way (look for discount codes on mousesavers) drop it off at the ccc, take the shuttle to the resort, and then do the reverse for the way home. Very resonable and not to much hassle.

Stop by the resort before you go to the car care center and drop off the others and your luggage.

We looked into flying into sanford, we could get it for 45 one way and 55 the other, but after we added in seat cost, and luggage fees, it ended up being cheaper to fly into orlando from a different airport only 30 mins further. I've heard good reviews and most do the one day rental car for the most cost effective, but for a slurge, I would do a limo from happy limo. We used them last september when we went from disney to a cruise, and they were beyond superior!!

We did his in our March trip. we rented a car it was the cheapest way to go. We stayed at the dolphin so we just drop off the car when we got there.:thumbsup2
