Flying in the same day & Limo service ?s

I'm nervous, please reassure me. There will be 20 of my friends and family on a flight Saturday morning for our same day cruise departure. We are scheduled to arrive in MCO at 10 am. We've booked the hummerzine with Happy Limo based on some rave reviews from this board. I have two questions:

First, assuming we arrive on time (I've taken this flight about 10 times and never had a problem - but there's always a first time), I'm hoping we'll be able to make it to the ship by about 11:30. Is that at all realistic?

Second, we're at the max number of people for the Hummerzine. I saw a picture of the inside of one on TV, and it looks like everyone sits on benches facing the middle. It left me with the impression that cramming 20 people into this thing may not provide the special feeling we're intending it to. Has anyone used this vehicle? Any observations we may want to consider?

Well I've never been able to fly in same day but I would assume you'd be pretty close to being at the port by 11:30 if your flight arrives at 10. By the time you get your luggage and get into the limo it will probably be about 10:30 ish...and then an hour to the port you'd be right about 11:30.

As for the people and the inside..I have no idea as I've never been inside a hummerzine but I found a few pics for you to give you an idea...

by my count there is about 15-18 people in the hummerzine so you can see what it looked like for them.

it looks pretty cramped to me. are all of the 20 people adults?? i cant imagine little kids sittiing there and not moving. heck, i cant imagine ME just sitting there and not moving, lol. maybe you could rent a limo or the extended SUV also and split the group up??

Looks pretty cramped. Is there any place for luggage? I would think that 20 people will have a lot of baggage.

Wow, it looks VERY cramped to me...those people are knee to knee in there!!

Are you gonna tie your luggage to the roof of the 'zine? Cause I don't see it fitting inside with 20 people. (Or perhaps you're going to pay for Disney to transport the bags?)

I'd call the limo company and ask about the number of people and how they plan to transport the bags. You don't want to get there and find that you have a problem. Going in 2 vehicles may be a lot better than being totally cramped in there.

It is about 45 minutes from MCO to Port....so allowing 1 1/2 hours is very reasonable. Of course, with 20 people, consider how long Aunt Tillie will need in the bathroom to fix her makeup before she will get in the Hummer, etc...

I'm not sure about the hummerzine, but I have heard of a little trailer being used to haul the luggage. I'm guessing they might do something like that.

Wow. Those pictures really tell the story. I know Happy Limo provides a second van to carry the luggage, but if anyone decides to bring their carry-on with them, ouch! Thanks for saving us from what could have been a very uncomfortable experience!!

My daughter had a hummer limo for her prom, there was 22 of them and they state it holds 24 , I went in and even with the large prom dresses seemed comfortable.

I've booked several Hummerzines for work and all of them had different sized seats, some very tight. I thought they'd be fun, but people complained about the lack of personal space. I think I would look for something else if I were at the max capacity. Maybe a party bus. Many limo companies have them or can get them.
