Flying from Barcelona....after next EBTA

Norwegian Air Business class was offered to us by Disney. It has the most convenient route for us, and the best price. Should we hesitate to book Norwegian Air?? We are having trouble logging on to the reservation on Norwegian Air web site, and are wondering if that bodes something bad for the future, regarding our flight.

Any thoughts on this airline?

We used Norwegian Airline to fly back to the USA after this year’s EBTA on a direct flight from Barcelona to Newark. We didn’t have business class seats and booked ourselves, but I have no complaints about our trip home. In fact, my kids loved the plane because it had seatback entertainment and meals. I would fly with them again.

I know others from our EBTA used Norwegian Air - the only tough thing is that they are constantly near bankruptcy and it seems like there's that chance that things could go wrong

That’s the thing.
If we buy through DCL, it does seem that they will help get us home. We called.

My DD took that Barcelona to EWR flight on Norwegian last spring, and said it was very nice. However, I would hesitate to book with them far in advance since it sounds like they may not be around long term. YMMV.

We flew Norwegian business class non-stop from Copenhagen to Miami after our 2018 EBTA and thought they were fine. The seats do not lay flat like other airlines' business class seats, but they do recline and have a foot rest that can be adjusted, which was fine since our flight was during the day. We both found the seats comfortable and roomy. We received headphones, an amenity kit, blanket, and pillow, and bottle of water. The meals come in a cardboard box, but were fine. I was able to ask for extra snacks and drinks during the flight. We would fly them again, except we always book our own flights and it makes us nervous they may go out of business. However, if DCL books your itinerary, then they will have to make sure you are put on alternate flight. It may not be the best flight times or route, but they will get you back home. With that in mind, I wouldn't hesitate to book with them.
