I am a huge seafood lover. I really want to go to flying fish next time we go. we skipped it this year because i felt my 4 year old wouldnt be able to eat anything there. I really want to try the swordfish. Would it be ok to bring a 4 year old? or is that pushing it?

Well behaved children are welcome everywhere

The real question is can she handle a 90 minute meal?

I think a 4 year old would be fine. I've been taking my children to signature restaurants since they were 1.5/2 years old. Disney can handle it.

I visited Flying Fish with my 7 and 9 year old a few weeks ago. The server made sure the kids food was served as soon as it was ready, that was very helpful.

Children are of course welcomed, but only you know your own child and how they will do during a "longer" meal. That said I think my daughter wasn't even 3 the first time we took her to Flying Fish and we've never had an issue

We took our kids to all the restaurants when they were 3 on up. We paid attention to them and had plenty to keep them busy and never had an issue.
The restaurants at WDW are designed for families ( except V&A).
Understand that Flying Fish will be 1-2 hours depending on your order, pace of dining, etc. Some kids tolerated that, and others don't.
