Love the flying fish! A must do for every trip!!

The crab cake, the caprese salad, the snapper, the scallops...all amazing! This is our favorite restaurant in WDW. We loved it so much we had our rehersal dinner here! The service we hae had has always been top notch as well.

We went here last trip based off of the rave reviews it gets on this board. Honestly, I thought it was over rated and did not stack up to what I consider a "signature" dining establishment. The place is really cool, the appetizers we had were excellent but I went in thinkign this potato crusted snapper was going to be amazing and it was not at all. The fish to me seemed like a glorified fish and chips plate. My wife got some other type of fish which I can't remember what it was, but we both thought the special at coral reef we had earlier in the week was better.

The last time I had the snapper it was a soggy mess. It wasn't good at all. I forced myself to eat a couple bites. I've had it before & thought it was very good. Unfortunately, most WDW restaurants have a consistency problem. IME, FF is no different.

I ate at FF once a couple of years ago. I wanted to love it, but didn't. I've enjoyed my meals at the other signatures more. I usually love scallops but that dish was underwhelming and too heavy for me. Are any of the entrees on the lighter side? I would like to try FF again.
