Flying Fish with a vegetarian?

Hi, We're heading to the world on Friday and have amongst others an ADR at flying fish. My DH is vegetarian and looking at the menu he can have salad as an appetiser but there's no vegetarian entree.

Will they make him something and does anyone have any experience of dining here with a vegetarian?

They should easily be able to make him something. Is it noted on your ADRs that he's a vegetarian? If not, call back and make sure they know. You may also get the restaurant's number and call them directly to talk to them about it if you want to.
