Greetings! Next trip to WDW is in early December and we will probably use the DDP. While checking out the Signature Dining restaurants, I reviewed the menu at Flying Fish and, frankly, I could not figure out what may be included with the DDP since I noticed a lot of a la carte items. For example, the sideas are listed and priced separately, so would one only be able to order an entree and need to pay separately for a side? Also, they list add-on enhancements for the entrees: if using the DDP, may one include an enhancement or is it charged separately? We have never dined at FF so I have no idea what to expect and I'd like to know before I go. Thanks in advance!

Listed sides and enhancements would be charged out of pocket. However, all entrees have an included side. For example, the below have sides listed in the description.

Char-crusted Angus New York Strip Steak - roasted young carrots, fingerling potatoes, heirloom beans, sauce Foyot $48.00

Land Meets Sea...Grass-fed Filet Mignon and Savory Dungeness Crab - Rustic Guanciale-laced Tiny Brussel Sprout, Marbled Potato, and Caramelized Pearl Onion hash, Truffled Wild Mushroom, Shallot Port Wine Veal Compote $62.00

You can swap sides that are included with one entree with another entree like mashed potatos swapped for fingerling potatoes. But, you cannot swap for an ala carte side.

For the DDP you are entitled to an entree, dessert and standard non-alcoholic beverage at a Table Service lunch or dinner where you order from a menu. The entree you choose includes everything that is listed in the description of the entree and usually there is at least one side listed in the description.

Many restaurants, not just the signatures, but the 1 credit restaurants as well, will have a section called "Sides," "Accompaniments" or "Enhancements" following the entree section with items that have a separate price point and these are not included in the dining plan. If you wish to order any item from this section, you can, but you will have to pay out of pocket.
