Flying Fish - reopening in August. When can I book an ADR?

How long before a restaurant reopens do they start allowing you to book an ADR? Flying Fish is one of my favorite restaurants on property, and I'm very happy it will be reopening prior to my coming down, but I want to make sure I snag a reservation for my preferred date (since I have all my other ADRs books).

Chip and Co reported it will be reopening August 14th.
