Flying Fish or Yachtsman?

Our group equally loves fish and steak. If you had to choose just one, which would it be?

We also have Narcoosees booked which is seafood and steaks....

In my opinion, Flying Fish is better than Yachsman and Yachtsman is better than Narcoosees.

Agree, plus flying fish does have an excellent steak entree.

Have never been to Flying Fish, but we loved Yachtsman. The filet was excellent, as was the waitstaff.

We've done both FF & YSH in the past year (also done Narcoossee's about 2 years ago) and I'd go with YSH. Actually, this is a question with no wrong answer - you'll be very happy with either.

We have been to FF twice, two bad meals. Have enjoyed many meals at YSH with only one complaint.

We've been to Yachtsman twice and Flying Fish three times. And for our next trip we're going back to Flying Fish so that tells you which we prefer. Our first time to Yachtsman was wonderful and the second time was awful from service to food. We won't return. Flying Fish has been great every time. DH has had their steak (think it is NY strip) and gives it . Also, their cheese plate is fantastic and can be ordered as either appetizer or dessert (it appears on the appetizer part of the menu.) Since it has been mentioned, we thought the location of Narcoossee's is supreme and our service was fine, we did not enjoy their selections as much as the ones at FF. Enjoy your trip!

I loved The Yachtsman, but I want to go to FF so that I can try the desserts.

I like the Atmosphere at Flying Fish as well as the Apps and Desserts

I think the entrees are slightly better at Yachtsman...

We love them both for diffrent reasons- I don't think I could put one over the other.

That's a tough one. Two excellent meals at FF, and one excellent at Yachtsman. I still think FF has the slight edge.

FF, narcoosses during wishes, then yachtsman - that's my order! FF has become a must do for us. Yachtsman - two bad experiences and it'll be a while before we return. Narcoosses is great ESP with wishes right out the window! Or heading to the GF pier after dinner to watch.

We've been to both and much prefer Flying Fish. The offerings at Flying Fish were very well prepared and overall the menu is more creative and interesting. The service and ambiance were also excellent. Yachtsman had very good steaks, but the appetizers and side dishes were easily forgettable.

We LOVE Narcoossee's and Yachtsman, but were unimpressed and did not enjoy our dinners at FF.

We'll try it again I'm sure, but not for a long time. Too many other places to eat!

Okay, I currently have FF, Norcoosees and YM booked. One is going to go when Cali Grill opens. We've been to FF and my H wants to return. Service was beyond excellent. The waiter went out of his way trying to please my picky five year old and food was good.

I'm the type of person that generally goes with the masses with the ADR's so, we shall see! Thank you for your opinions!!!
