Flying Fish, Entree Duo on DDP

IS this DDP eligible? Im hoping that its not part of the pre-fixed menu? I dont expect a free appetizer, we just really had our hearts set on this steak/snapper entree, its the whole reason we made this ADR for our anniversary!

Also do we call and add the celebration on to the ADR and request a personalized menu?
