Flying Fish Chef Table Review

Just booked for August 15th. I was told 5:30pm though? I had to make the reservation by phone. Also, does anyone know if gratuity is included? For two of us, it was $314.44, so $157.22 a person.

We are going next to the World in October and looking to plan something nice/special for our 10-year anniversary. I was thinking of doing Victoria & Alberts, but this looks fun too

Probably hard to compare, but any opinions? This being limited to 6 people max makes it seem a like more "special"

We just did the Chef's Wine Tasting Dinner in May to celebrate our anniversary. It was fabulous & lucky us, we were the only 2 people for the 8:15 pm seating! Chef Tim & Craig, the sommelier, were so attentive & informative & the food was amazing!

Have been going to Disney and the Flying Fish for many years. This is the first time we will be doing the wine tasting. Great review and pictures. Can't wait for July.........

We're trying flying fish for the first time this year, the wife is concerned about quality on non-seafood dishes, I'll have to show her this!

We were there last week and did the Chef's tasting. It was a very different menu then the past reviewer. I understand that it changes quite often. We did enjoy everything that was served. I found the wine's to be excellent. The portions were quite small. I know they are only supposed to be a sample size but still quite tiny. As far as the non-fish entree's they were excellent.
I was called a few days before our reservation and was asked if we had any allergies or special requests. I would probably do it again in the future as it was a very nice experience. A nice evening to feel special.
