DH & I have eaten at Blue Zoo twice and loved it each time. It is an upscale restaurant, with an interesting, but pricey menu. It focuses on really fresh fish. There are less kiddies dining at Blue Zoo, although the number of kids increased at second time we ate there.
Our whole family has eaten at FF many times. It is a good, but also pricey restaurant. Despite the name it has less of an emphasis on fish, than BZ. We had stopped eating there several years ago because we had two not-so-great experiences in a row. For the price of the meal, we though the disappointments were unacceptable. Last year, we returned for a dinner & were very pleased. Great server and very good meal. This past March, we ate at FF again & I was again disappointed. I'm not sure we'll return during our Aug. trip.
In conclusion, for a great adult-only meal, I would vote BZ (or California Grille). If you go to BZ, be sure to try the scallops on a short rib as an appetizer. Sounds a little odd, but it was GREAT.
