Flying Fish better than Narcooses? Or California Grill?

Flying Fish and California Grill are my favorite signatures, so I don't think you can go wrong with either. California Grill has marvelous sushi that edges it slightly - VERY slightly - ahead of Flying Fish in my book, but looking at the menus in their entirety I think Flying Fish has the better overall package.

Narcoosees is a favorite of my lobster-loving DH, but the rest of the family is in agreement that both CG and FF (and Jiko) are better food in a nicer atmosphere.
