Well, I wish I could say that "My website is up and ready for visitors," but it isn't the case yet

However, I created a forum for my website (though I know it won't ever compare to this one!!! ) if anyone would like to join.

And I'll of course still visit this board, but always wanted to create a message board, and there are VERY FEW Universal boards...usually they are just tied with Disney (hmmmmm...sounds familiar..).

Anyway, there is not much at the forum because I'm the only member right now p) but if you'd like to check it out click here!

I hope to post my website before this weekend, but, if not...I'll be adding more pictures from what I take this upcoming weekend.

BTW - I will post any updates on this thread!! So keep checking back!

My website isn't the best out there, but it's a hobby site, so of course I am building this on my own in only my free time.

Well, the green light is almost on!

We just got our confirmation e-mail at 7:30AM EST that said the domain should be available between 24 to 36 hours!!!!!

Soooooooo....I better get working on my site to ensure enough is available for people who start visiting! This is so exciting! It's finally happening!!!

I will not post the URL until it's effective, BUT some of you may have seen it already

Everybody, they just put my site up this morning!!!! It's just under concstruction,
I hope to have more details reviews and descriptions amd many many more photos )I have at least 12 rolls of film....hehehe).

Well, as I said, it's still under construction, but lots of things are up...some I will put up soon...the descriptions and reviews will be more detailed than they are...gonna be many many more pictures

Wish I could be here for the first day it's up, but oh well...

I have only tried the website on a couple different computers to see how they'd look...the only one that messed up was my dad's who he thought could have been either his computer messing it up or his outdated version of Internet Explorer...and DocBosch saw it, and so I guess it looked all right for him.

It doesn't look professional, but, all the collages, graphics, photos, and backgrounds were made by me (with exception to any similies, like in the trip reports b/c I copied them off from this site).

OK, I really gotta go now, but I'll be back Sunday!!

Thanks! And yes, I will be going back this month. I have definite plans for September 18 and 19 (a Thursday and Friday). I'm meeting up to say "hey" to AlexandNessa. What are the dates you are going? If those dates differ from yours, there is a VERY good chance I go meet up on a Saturday.

What was the reason for not showing the pictures??? There are tons of sites out there that have photos from the parks on them, I thought that as long as you took them and didn't use them for profit that there really isn't much that they could do about it.

Anyway I am a Ghostbuster movie fan and loved the old attraction (way better than twister) but haven't seen the new one yet. Your enthusiasm(sp?) has really made me want to catch it though. Hope that me and the fiance' run into you on one of our visits. We'll look for the yellow cusion

About the pictures, I'm just going based on what the guy told me...I think he told me why, but I couldn't hear him because of the crowds. But, that's why I have pictures closed temporarily until I can maybe contact Universal about permissions and all...since the guy has the URL to my website, I don't want to have something up there that he told me I shouldn't (because i asked him in the first place). So, we'll see what happens. If I get the OK from someone, I'll put them back up.

And the show, is nothing like the old one. Nothing. In fact, sorry to say, it has VERY VERY VERY little to do with the movie itself. Could prove to be disappointing for that fact, but it's still entertaining. If you don't like the show, it's only 12 minutes long.
