Flyblu pictures

Looks nice. The seats look about the same size as Virgin economy/premium economy, but the pitch is much better.

Thanks for the pics, they look great. We have provisionally booked for our July flights, although they are not taking deposits until their reservations system is up and running in a couple of weeks.

I was a bit worried about flying with an unproven airline but I had a great chat with one of their sales staff who was only too happy to answer all my questions. She said that they are trying to cater for the frequent flyer market and will offer an upgraded service in all departments including the food and entertainment. The entertainment system is apparently going to be handheld and offer a range of films etc. which you control yourself.

Bexx, were there any examples of the entertainment/food etc. on the stand at the travel show?

Nothing about the food, but there was a model of the entertainment system they are planning to use, but I'm afraid I couldn't tell you much about it, apart from the fact it was a neat gadget!! I just know that I won't get much chance to enjoy using it if we fly in the near future, as I shall be too busy entertaining small children! :( But my friends spent a bit more time checking it out so I'll see if they can remember what it offers. I'll let you know if they can tell me anything interesting.

I also had a good chat with one of sales staff when I rang up to try to book. It's really nice at the moment as it's all so personal.

We are planning to book with them for our October Flights, they seem pretty reasonable, plus FIL has applied for a job with them as he's an engineer so maybe I will get some inside info before then if he gets the job.

I thought it was great value for money, have you seen the Gold Class seats? WOW!:wave2:

Best of luck to your FIL, I hope he gets the job. He could come in very useful!! :chat: ;)

Maybe to a lot of people here who are used to Premium Economy etc, these seats aren't particularly impressive. But the poshest seats I''ve ever had were the Britannia extra legroom ones (and two journeys out of four they were situated next to the loo :( ) so these ones seem very grand to me!! :hyper:

Bexx I agree he could come in very useful if he gets the job! i will let you know. He used to work for Brittannia and when he was out in Orlando for 6 months we used to just get the cheapest fligh possible and stay with him in his apartment. What a bargain. Those were the days!:bounce:
