I was wondering if anyone has read fly lady's body clutter book, and if so how do you like it??

Hi!

I am a flybaby, and I have read Body Clutter. I did like it, and I found the journal to be useful. Not so much Leanne's body clutter menu, because it just had too much fat for me.

It is a good read because you hear Marla and Leanne's stories about how they had to decide to be kind to themselves, and also to just do it. Sound advice, whatever program you wish to follow...
