We have "fluff" on the salad bar at the restaurant where I work!
It's vanilla pudding (homemade, not boxed "instant") mixed with whipped topping (made with milk and cream, not "Cool Whip") and layered with graham cracker crumbs. We go through several huge bowls of it every night!! Everyone loves it!!

Chatty, while your restaurant's version of fluff sounds interesting, it wasn't the type of fluff I was thinking of. Boo's Mom found the good stuff. I live in PA and we have it in every grocery store.

OK not to be the oddball here but I think smearing marshmallow on a piece of bread is NASTY......... Don't get me wrong I love to use it in recipes(SP) but not on bread with or without peanut butter......
