Flu jab

Hi,

After feeling awful since new year's eve with the flu and still not feeling great I think I am going to have the flu jab when I am better, as some people in work have had it twice.

Do you get any effects after you have had the jab???

everyone reacts differently to the jab, some people have no side effects, others get a sore arm while others can get a bit fluey with it, and then there are the unfortunate ones who seem to get full blown flu

My ds gets the flu jab every year and so far all he has experienced is a sore arm and can feel quite tired a few days after it.

I had the jab before Christmas through work and didn't get any side effects at all! X

I had a sore arm which was a bit achey for a couple of days, everyone does react differently though. Hope you feel better soon.

I have mine every year with no problems whatsoever. In November, I had mine the same time as a tetanus booster and my arm was swollen after that (and it was a larger needle).
