My flight was 15 minutes early but my driver never showed.
After about 30 minutes I called Andy. Andy had a car there in less than 15 minutes & our driver was prepared for an earfull. I am easy going & happy there was a driver available. Not sure who dropped the ball but as a first time customer of FL Tours I have to say that I will use them again.

Used Fl Tours for the 1st time this Dec..Renatta was our driver and she was wonderful..Our flight was also early about 30 min and after calling Andy, Renatta was there in a flash. She had been tracking the flight and we just missed her with the sign and she came looking for us and off we went to BWV..Played video's in the mini-van to entertain the kids which kept them very happy and quiet for the trip..thanks again, will use them in the furture..Marianne
