We used FLTours for trip in February.....Our driver was waiting at the baggage claim area for us, helped my daughter and myself with our bags and that was that! Very nice drive and spotless car. We also used this service for our day trip to Universal, which was also excellent, as well as the ride back to the airport. Last year we used tiffany towncar service.....we waited over 1/2 hour at our hotel for the day trip to universal, when I finally called, they had no record of this trip on my itinerary. This is what made me try FLTours this year, and this will be the only car service I will use from now on. It also makes me feel like I can give something back to these boards for all the great ideas I've gotten over the years.
