Actually, pulling out and uploading all those old pages has me motivated to get started working on my scrapbooking again - it's been neglected for far too long! This is the only 'big' trip to WDW that I have done, and I do really love looking back on the memories

I am simply blown away by your scrapbooking. You are one creative woman! I have all the stuff to do several books but have never gotten around to doing them.

I know what you mean about planning a "once in a lifetime" trip to Disney. I thought that too when we were planning our first trip. I figured it would be a one time thing and that we'd never go back. Well, I was certainly wrong. We've been 13 more times since that first trip.

Again, your scrapbooks are amazing!

Thanks! Funny, scrapbooking is my only creative outlet, I'm not really crafty in any other way.

I'm sure a lot of Disney's repeat visitors never intended on becoming obsessed, but it just sucks you in!

WOW! I can't imagine all the work that went into each scrapbook page! Haha, THAT'S why I want to do it digitally; I will never be able to make it look as amazing as yours if I tried doing it by hand! What great way to hold on to your memories. And like I said in my other comment, I love that you included a good amount of text on the pages too!

Some pages require more work than others, just depends on much detail I want to put into them. I always like to include journaling on my scrapbook pages, it's nice to look at the memories, but you can only recall the details if you record them. Which is one of the reasons why I love writing TRs, I get to put everything down in writing while it's still fresh on my mind - then when I finally do get around to making my scrapbooks of the trips, I can refer to my TRs for the details!

Thanks HD! I do love looking back through my old scrapbooks, so much more fun than just looking at a photo album.

The 'when I am 5' comment is even funnier when you consider the fact that he was only 2 months away from being 5 - he was ready to return soon! And yes, he was very ready to be 5 and go to school like his brother

This morning has been pretty productive on the trip planning front. I typed up an itinerary for Mom, letting her know where we are going when and what we will be doing. I also made a card with all of our confirmation numbers on it. I'll have that laminated and carry it in my bag to the parks everyday, that way it's always easy to get to if I need it. And, I called and got the specifics on when and where we need to check in for our tours and verified all of our ADRs.

Last, but not least - I did online check in!!! We're all set! Woo Hoo!

Thanks Sarah. I get a lot of inspiration and ideas from looking at other people's pages too - sometimes it takes seeing something to get those creative juices flowing!
