Flower & Garden Show/St. Patricks day

We will be at disney from March 4th-March 10th. Both the Flower and Garden show at Epcot and St. Patricks day celebrations at downtown disney will be going on. I was wondering if anyone had any info about these events. I can't seem to find any actual details. Any insight would be much appreciated!

How does Disney celebrate St Patrick's Day?

They do nothing for St Patricks Day, pretty much. I have been there before for it, and will be there again in 2015.

They sell some Mickey St Patricks shirts, but VERY few, I wanted to buy one and could not even find my size anywhere, and I am not a weird size. If you read about it, it will say they have Irish music and something going on at DD Raglan Road. Which holds what, a few hundred guests?

I was hoping for a Mickey Mouse/Minnie dressed as Leprachauns or something.

I hope there were other things I missed, but I was looking and found nothing. Downtown Disney was low on my priority list.
