Flower & Garden Fest. When are flowers ready?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows how last minute decorating is? I will be in Epcot one or two days before the festival actually starts and hope to spend some time taking pictures of the flowers, topiaries, etc. Will this be possible or pretty spotty still?

I want to say things started to show up a week maybe 2 ahead of time this year (so early march but it was the first year that flower and garden was opened in march and not april) but there is a lot that suddenly gets added just in time. It's also flowers so different things bloom at different times and they grow in over the coarse of the event. The end it when it's the fullest but also when some things start to look done for the year.
