Flower and Garden Festival questions

We are going in April to the Flower and Garden Festival for the first time this year. I was wondering if the food booths are only set up in Epcot on the weekends or if they are up during the week too?

They're up each day.

Food booths are there every day. The concerts were Fri to Sun and I believe there were other weekend events, but the food is there daily.

Food is there daily. I love it - it's like a prettier slightly less crazy Food and Wine festival.
