I was wondering, if you reserve times for Flounders Reef, do you have to pay for that time slot even if your child winds up not being there? Also, I was wondering, if you sign them up for say a few hours and than end up having to get them out early, do you pay for the time you reserved or do you only pay for the time your baby was there? Thank-you to anyone who can help me out with this one.

Here's the cancellation policy from our cruise last summer:

"You may cancel-change your reservation by contacting the nursery 4 hours prior to your reserved time. A cancellatioin fee of 50% of your scheduled time will be charged to your stateroom account if you do not cancel 4 hours prior to your scheduled session. Arrivals of more than 15 minutes late will constitute as a cancellation and the session will be given to the next person on the waiting list."

The rates last summer were $6/hr for the first child, $5/hour for each additional sibling, with a 2 hour minimum charge.

I believe the policy is that you pay for the time you reserve, even if you take your child out early, but I'm not sure about that.

If you don't cancel at least 4 hours in advance, you'll be subject to the cancellation policy, which is listed above. You pay for whatever time you reserve, so if you reserve 3 hours, but pick up at 2 hours, you're still charged for the 3 hours. The rate is $6 per hour, with a two hour minimum charge.

If you decide to take your child out of Flounders earlier then you scheduled, yes you will have to pay for the remaining time. Just got back from our cruise a week ago, and all the information that you were given is up to date. Kristy
