Flounders-- limit of 3 reservation times??

Does anyone have experience with reserving more than 3 times at Flounders? There are 4 times I would like to leave our baby (4 mos) at Flounders. What are my chances?

We were on the Magic on in October 2003 and we could only confirm 3 reservations at Flounders. But, you can also put down times that you are waitlisted for the rest of the cruise. We put down every night and every afternoon we got a call that there was room at Flounders for my DD. So, I wouldn't worry too much about not getting that 4th spot. My guess is that they will have room. Good luck!

Is that 3 reservations per child? We will have 2 "little flounders" and wondered if we could get them in at the same time, 3 times(if that makes sense)? Our youngest will be 2 years 5 months and 1 year 3 months. Thanks Amy

Yes, I believe that it is 3 reservations per child, so you shouldn't have a problem with you 2 little ones.

When you make your reservation request, be sure to indicate if you are going to Palo or have a Spa reservation. I think they give preference to those.

Someone posted that the kids can't sit through an 1/12 hour dinner....so they eat in 1/2 hour or 45 min. then go to the kids club or flounders. How are people pulling this one off if there are only 3 slots available. Are they just being waitlisted and getting lucky. I can't see my almost 3 year old sitting that long through dinner. I better start praying for openings.

When we went, we were confirmed for 3 spots and signed up for every other night on the waitlist for after dinner. And, every afternoon they did call us that they did have room for our 2yo DD. And, one night, during dinner, DD wouldn't sit still, so DH took her to Flounders to see if there was any room for her, and they took her without a problem. At least for our cruise, Flounder's wasn't that busy.

This is great news. Most of the time I am happy to have DS with me. At 4 mos old he's not much trouble! But I do hope to get some alone time with DH too, without worrying about babies for a change. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
