Flounders and Castaway Cay ?

Is Flounders open while the ship is at Castaway Cay? We want to parasail and need care for the baby.

While Flounder's schedule is always subject to change, I think I recall when I asked DCL this question recently, they said that Flounder's is usually open 9-2 and 5-12 on the day at CC.

I knew the fact that I save everything would eventually come in handy to someone . This is from our early January 2005 cruise:

Castaway Cay, Flounders Nursery Hours are 9am-1pm and 5:45pm-12am

The flyer goes on to list out the excursions that parents can enjoy while their child is in Flounders. You mentioned Parasailing and it is listed, with a comment for booking a time before 11:30am.

Thank you Tammi. That helps a lot. When we sign up for Flounders on embarkation do we tell them we have reaservations for the parasailing?

Glad to help. Definitely let them know if you have any pre-booked excursions, spa appointments or Palo's. They'll try to work within those parameters for you. Also, as an FYI, if your little one is old enough to enjoy activities, you are more than welcome to join in at the Oceaneer's club with the 3 to 4 year old programs. You would just need to stay with your child and enjoy them as a family.
