Flo's Lunch Hours?

Does anyone know what time Flo's starts serving lunch? Everything I've seen just gives me total hours.

Mouseplanet says breakfast is served until 11:00 am, so I would think that lunch service starts at 11:00 am. I would have guessed somewhere between 10:30 am and 11:00 am, so that sounds about right.
