You are allow to use outside florist for the WP and GF ballrooms right?? Is it possible to talk to disney floral before the planning session so I can get some sort of budget proposal and compare to outside florists?

You cannot use an outside florist at an outdoor location, you can use it for personal floral like your bouquet.

They won't credit you the cost if you go with an outside florist.

So the bouquets are pretty much all that count as personal floral right? If I upgrade to a Wishes wedding would I only pay for floral that I would use?
