We're planning a WDW trip in August. I plan to book our resort stay in the Windsor Hills area through Floridasunvacationhomes.com. Has anyone dealt with them in the past & if so, what did you think of them? Please advise as I am about to put down a deposit on one of the private homes.

I rented a Windsor Hills condo from them. We are leaving on Monday. Up until now I can tell you they have done everything right when they said they would. They give you reminders of when your final payment is due and have been very helpful. One thing I liked about them is you don't have to check in at their office. There is a time sensitive lock box on the door of your rental. A week before your trip, they email it to you with directions from MCO. Just make sure you know your exact dates. There is a nonrefundable deposit of $250 and I believe there is a charge for any date changes. Hope this helps!

Here now at a condo at windsor hills rented from them. Very prompt and professional communication. condo very clean with an upscale furniture package. Like the gated community. It feels very safe. Pool and facilities are nice.

We rented a four bedroom pool home from them (Villa la Dolce Vita?).

Everything was as advertised. Everything was in good condition and we had absolutely no problems.

It was great that we didn't need to find their office to get the key - the code was sent in advance.

They returned the security deposit on time with no questions and issues.

We would definitely rent with them again!

We rented from Floridasunvacationhomes in May 2009. It was our 3rd time staying off site. It was a very positive experience. Floridasun was professional, we received a fantastic rate, and everything was as advertised. They were willing to answer any questions we had in a prompt manner as well. We will definately rent from them again.

We just rented Goofy's Fun House through them today. This is our first time renting a house so I'm glad to hear the positive reviews.

They were our management company for the house we rented in Windsor Hills two years ago. We were very impressed with them. We had a very minor issue upon arrival (broken pool skimmer) and they replaced it immediately.

We had friends that used them for their trip last year. They had a problem upon arrival as the carpets in the house they rented had been damaged by the prior tenants. Florida Sun Vacation Homes had them in a different home (and larger) within 20 minutes!!! This was also during Easter week - very impressive.

I know a lot of people have had success with renting through VRBO. However, if our friends above had done that and arrived at a house that had problems from the previous guests, how would they have been able to find another home at the last minute? This is why I will always rent through a management company. If there is a problem, it is their responsibility and they will be able to relocate you to a different home.

We rented Tinkerbell's Treehouse. Very comfortable and well situated. We would rent that unit again in a heartbeat.
