Hello,

Has anybody got any web site's or number's thy know about renting a vehicle wheelchair accessible as we need one for 3 week's. Four adult's and 2 of us are in wheelchair's unable to transfer to a car seat.

I don't believe that the DISboards rules allow the naming of companies in messages other than sponsors of the boards, so I have sent you a private message with a web link to a company I used a few years ago, which rents out Dodge rampvans.

Google 'handicap van Orlando' and you will get several alternatives.

You will also find a list of Handicap Van Rentals in the Sticky Thread 'disABILITIES FAQs - temporary & permanent disabled, 1st trip, next trip, Wish trip' which is at the top of the page.

If you click on where it says "disABILTIES" at the top of this page it will take you to the Index. One of the top items is the "disABILTIES FAQ" which will gives lots of useful information. Post #2 gives information related to rentals locally.

(And, Andrew, the only prohibition is promoting your own money-making site. There is no prohibition to naming companies you have done business with and are happy about. That is how we have gotten the names of some of the sources in the FAQs.)
