My daughter is going to Universal with a friend and their parents (who are passholders) this weekend. We'll be buying her the 3-day Florida resident ticket online beforehand. (we are FL residents)

Will they give her a hard time redeeming a FL ticket without an ID? Since we (her parents) will not be there can she still use this ticket? Should I send her with a copy of my FL drivers license?

Thanks in advance for the help!

does publix sell the UO flo rate tickets?
if so, that might be something to consider

It can't hurt to send her with a copy of your license. Personally, I would call guest services and explain the situation to them & ask the best way to handle it...I'm sure things like this occur often. Best of luck!

Publix does sell the 2 day and 3 day Florida resident tickets

If I remember correctly. The person who purchases the ticket online has to prove their Florida residency not the minor when the tickets are picked up and show the credit card the ticket was purchased with.

Those under 18 did not have to give proof of residency

Read the fine print on the 2 day ticket. It's easier to read. The ticket bought at Publix has to be exchanged for another ticket at the window and proof of residency is required.

Let us know what they say when you call.

Lots of kiddos here in Florida go to the parks with family friends. Shouldn't be to complicated.
