florida sun vacation homes?

I'm looking for some opinions on this company before reserving our condo for Nov. Any info I have found is old. Anyone stay recently?

We reserved with them last summer. We rented a 4 bedroom plus den two story home and it was fabulous. No problems at all. That was the second time we rented from them and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Both times the houses were exactly as they appeared in the pictures. They were clean, well maintained and had security systems. We did not have any maintenance issues at all.

We rented through the owner (townhouse in Dec 2010), but Florida Sun was the management company and they were fantastic to deal with. We didn't have major issues (coffee pot was cracked), but they arrived within an hour or two of our call (with a new coffee maker) and fixed the few other very minor things we had asked about. We may only rent properties that are managed by them in the future because they were so easy to deal with....it really made a difference compared to the 2 other companies we experienced on past trips.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo at Windsor Hills and rented from Floridasunvacationhomes in May 2009. It was our 3rd time staying off site. It was a very positive experience. Floridasun was professional, we received a fantastic rate, and everything was as advertised. They were willing to answer any questions we had in a prompt manner as well. We will definately rent from them again.

We just got back last month from our Spring Break trip and booked a 4 BR home in Windsor Hills through them. This was our 2nd time booking with them. We love the company! They are very responsive if you have any problems. For example, on our first trip, the skimmer for the pool had a tear in it - they replaced it within 30 minutes of our phone call.

They also offer discounts of 15% off if you stay more than 7 nights (we stay 8-10 days usually). I also appreciate that they offer free pool heat October-May and free WiFi.

The home we stay at looks exactly as pictured and was exceptionally clean the two times we stayed there.

We highly recommend Florida Sun Vacation Homes!
